Shipping and Delivery
At Kelunatrix, we know how exciting it is to wait for a new favorite piece, so we work to get your order to you quickly, safely and carefully packed. Here is how we process and ship your orders.
Order Processing
We usually process orders within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. If an item needs longer, for example a custom-size or pre-order piece, we will say so on the product page.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, the delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. Standard delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery to other EU countries usually takes 4 to 10 business days.
These times are estimates, not guarantees, because some things are outside our control, including:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will always see any shipping fees before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information where available, so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Kelunatrix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or your order never arrives, please contact us at info@kelunatrix.com as soon as possible. Photos of the packaging and the items help us sort it out quickly with the carrier and make it right for you.
